1) Individual Bookings
A deposit of 25% should be made to confirm any –booking
The balance should be paid 60 days prior to departure
NB: We strongly recommended that all our customers take out travel insurance
Documentation
· A passport that is valid for more than 6 months after the planned departure date is needed for entry into Indonesia
· Please also bring proof of your diving license. i.e. Certification
· Diving
· The cruise is only for certified divers (Unless traveling as a non diver)
· Divers are fully responsible for themselves and their equipment
· The customer understands and accepts all risks associated with diving, and all other land or water sports engaged in
Please note:
We require a minimum of 6 passengers to confirm departure. Individual bookings are confirmed through receipt of a 25% deposit. However, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings in the event that we do not accumulate at least 6 passengers. If we do not meet the required six passengers by six weeks prior to the departure date, the 25% deposit will be refunded in full including any bank charges that have been incurred.
2) Charters

The balance should be paid 90 days prior to departure
The deposit is non refundable
